Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions to EverKeep, including EverKeep for Agents. EverKeep is operated by EverKeep, LLC. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.

1. Monthly subscriptions

EverKeep for Agents is a month-to-month subscription billed at $29 USD per month. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

2. 7-day refund window for new subscribers

If you subscribed for the first time within the last 7 days and you haven't used the agent dashboard in any meaningful way (no clients imported, no policies linked, no shared vault sent), you can request a full refund of your most recent charge. Email support@geteverkeep.com from the email address on your account and we'll process the refund through Stripe within 5–10 business days.

3. Duplicate or accidental charges

If you were charged twice for the same billing period, or charged after canceling, email support@geteverkeep.com with the date and amount of the charge. We will reverse the duplicate charge through Stripe within 5–10 business days.

4. How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings or by emailing support@geteverkeep.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

5. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank, the refund typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days. We are not able to issue refunds via cash, check, or to a different card.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first at support@geteverkeep.com so we can resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your EverKeep account while the dispute is investigated.
